Nogeybix Labs provides software development, design, consulting, and AI-related services as described in project proposals or statements of work.
Client Responsibilities
You agree to provide timely feedback, approvals, and required materials. Delivery timelines may shift when required inputs are delayed.
Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated in a signed agreement, final deliverables are transferred to the client after full payment. Nogeybix Labs retains ownership of pre-existing frameworks, utilities, and internal tools.
Payments and Fees
Invoices are due based on the payment schedule in your agreement. Late payments may pause project work until balances are cleared.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nogeybix Labs is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
Termination
Either party may terminate an engagement according to contract terms. Fees for completed work and approved milestones remain payable.

We may update these terms periodically. The effective date shown on this page reflects the latest version.
